I packed my lunch or ate at home every day except Friday. I also dined out only once, for dinner on Thursday night. (It was supposed to be a drink, but turned into a dinner, which was very nice anyway.)
On Monday, I bought nothing because I had lots of leftovers and groceries in the fridge. On Tuesday, I bought nothing again because I came straight home after work. On Wednesday I bought Baked Cheetos from the vending machine. I spent $1. On Thursday, I bought dinner ($16). On Friday, I bought a lunch ($16) and ate dinner at home.
So that’s two more No Spend Days this year. I am not sure how many more I have left, but surely I can squeeze out a few more. (Like yesterday, on Monday! Today is my regular knitting night so I’ll be buying dinner.)

hmmm I am going to have to give this a try. I bring my lunch ever day, I get hungry still and usually purchase something small. It all adds up though.
Do you count getting gas in your car against your “no spending days” ?
Doctor S – No Spend Day means not buying anything. Not even gas.
