I can’t tell yet what it will look like but I think it will be bad. At the last minute, I decided to spring for a new closet set up for my condo. My renter’s mother works for California Closets and can offer me a small discount. Since it’s $2000.00 that will add to my condo’s resale value, I decided to go for it. I’m not sure that it was a good idea to do it, but at least my renter will be happy.
The market’s ok, not great. To get me past the hump of condo renovations, I decided to cash out about $2000.00 from my company stock purchase plan. The short-term capital gain tax isn’t enough to for me to cry. It ends up about $200 that I don’t have to pay till I file my taxes next year.
On the upside though I got a bonus with my next paycheck. I’ll be posting up final numbers later, after I’ve gathered up all the good stuff.
