Surprisingly, my net worth has risen. It’s not much, but it’s positive.
The main things are these:
1. My cash holdings are way down because I’ve been liquidating my savings for a condo renovation.
2. My vehicles are way down because I finally adjusted them to reflect their actual values.
3. My retirement and stock investments are up because the market has rebounded in May. Surprisingly my ESPP value has risen to its highest value in 2009. (Though it’s still down from its 52-week high)
4. I have steadily cut my credit card debts.
I can definitely say that my outlook for June is not good. I will probably charge some items to my credit cards for my renovation, but overall, it shouldn’t impact my net worth. I hope it stays flat, if I’m lucky.
