Sorry for the lack of posts. I have a lot on my plate with work. I logged over 20 hours of work this past weekend. But there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I guess I don’t mind because I’m taking a 4-day weekend for the inauguration next week. Boyfriend was able to score us some bleacher seats for the Inaugural Parade!! (Only 5,000 were made available.)
Work has been buying us dinner on some nights when the whole team is there. Boyfriend and I have been cocooning and cooking at home other nights. He tolerates my ignoring him and yelling ‘Crap!’ every time I find an error. We’re saving money on dining out, only because I’m so busy that he’s cooking for me. I don’t know what I’d do without him.
I still am waffling about my financial goals for 2009. But I can say that I have started on my 2009 Action Plan, and I am throwing stuff away instead of saving it for donations. That already makes me feel good.
