You know what’s really scary? The peanut butter-salmonella recall is scary. Because folks are probably avoiding peanut butter altogether and in tough times, peanut butter is awesome cheap protein. So I got my county real estate assessment for this year. It’s $148,600. That’s $5K less than last year. Quite a hit to my net worth calculations to start off 2009. It’s a good thing that I don’t make net worth targets goals for myself, otherwise I’d have started off the new year poorly.
