Yet Another Online Life Tracking Tool

Oh, but this one I really like.

Introducing Fuelly. (Hat tip to Smithee at Consumerism Commentary!)

I really dig it since I collect all my gas receipts and track my fuel economy that way. It keeps me slightly honest about how much I’m punching the accelerator on my commute. I can usually tell if I’ve been driving like a maniac and need to slow down. Of course, then there are days where it’s free and clear on I-95 and I have Don Henley blasting with all the windows open. (Come on, you know the song!)

At any rate, my profile over there is also mapgirl. Opal Blue is the name of my car. She’s older than Debt Hater’s Nina, but still a Nissan, nonetheless.

There are some deficiencies I see with it, but it’ll get better over time. The main thing is that folks should jump on there and add more data so that it becomes better for everyone.

Now, to dig up my old receipts. muhahaha. After this, I can shred them!
