From The Archives: August

The ever popular Caveat Lector post. Just as true now as it was a year ago. Beware of hucksters, shysters and anyone else who knows what to do with your money and your credit score. By far, this is the most important post I’ve ever written here.

And a related post that still has some good advice for anyone who is nervous in a bear market. As was put in a recent article on Yahoo Finance, “The time to buy is when there’s blood on the streets.” Baron de Rothschild meant in Paris and not Wall Street, but it’s the same today as it ever was.
