I had my claims denied twice after faxing the receipts and claim forms a few weeks ago. Too many receipts and too many forms to fax all at once and they got confused I guess.

So I faxed a few receipts and for the rest I mailed them in so hopefully in another week or so I'll find out if they get approved - most of my mines were misc health expenses but it's still money.

I have the most low-tech solution for faxing in FSA submittals -- a shoebox full of envelopes recycled from credit card applications.

Every medical bill or prescription receipt gets filed in the envelope marked "FSA Submit Pending."

Every time the envelope gets too full, I write up the submittal form, copy all the receipts, hand it over to the authorized signer for review and fax it in that night.
