I load it with music, podcasts, and audiobooks from the public library. I get to learn quite a bit on my walks to and from work -- free. If I lost it, I'd be off to the Apple store the same day! That way you'll get cash and the ipod will be used by someone, not just wasted. I love my ipod - I have lots of CDs so I just burn them and listen to them, or download podcasts.
