		<description>Oh, I miss Tex-Mex!  I lived in Texas for about 20 years, and in Austin for the last 8 (where I dined at Trudy's many, many times), and I think I just took good Tex-Mex for granted.  Then, I moved to Massachusetts, and now I'm in Seattle, and the pickings are indeed slim.  Thanks for the fond memory.</description>
