I managed to spend at least $100 over the weekend. I bought some dyed fleece, just to get home and discover I needed some more stuff to making something out of it. Back on Sunday to get some stuff for combing/brushing it out and still need to whip up a drop spring, maybe. Also broke down and got some felting stuff, though I've very annoyed that it seems to be so popular right now. However, I want to whip up some dreadlocks and think they'll come in useful. After spending way more on fiber than I expected, I found the yarn that would make awesome dreads, but wasn't about to fork over another $50-60 -- I'll just suck it up and spin/whip up some on my own. I've also no time for another hobby but it looks like it's going to happen anyways. If so, I would be willing to help you turn your hobby into a bit of money and buy a pair from you! It might be a good way to use up some yarn that you don't quite have enough of for a sweater. I can send you pictures if you want to see more of what I'm talking about. PS - My mom tats. It's pretty cool, but very detailed and tedious looking.
