I never understood why people used pay day loans, or car note loans. Guess some people just can't seem to make ends meet. Oh and I know of a few people to get the 0% or 1.99% car APR :) think you need a credit score of 810 (don't hold me to this, I am just guessing based on a random sampling). There are a lot of 0% intro purchase APR cards out there. I'm tempted to move a car loan to a 0% balance transfer card. I had never heard that and happen to live in one of the 39 states that keeps them around.
