I actually don't recommend anything other than local honey if you have allergies. One reason why I love my boss' honey is that it's local. I don't really taste a lot of difference with clover or orange blossom honey unless it's a side-by-side tasting, but I just sampled some amazing stuff from Pike Place Market that was blackberry flavored. It was stunning enough to take to my boss to try. I hear if you like making barbecue sauce, try garlic or chive blossom honey. It's supposed to add some kick. Hi Wanda!
