I have decided to file the police report, but I have to go into the station tonight to do it since it happened yesterday. Not much anyone can do though since neither myself, nor the witness saw the license plate. (Though a friend of mine told me to whip out the cameraphone the next time. HIGHLY unlikely I would be able to snap the picture anyway since the GUI of the phone stinks for quick photo taking. And I hate that feature of phones too.
