D- Yes, there are still places you can get it. I personally haven't had it. It's mostly a joke to shock people. But if faced with a plate of it, yes, I would probably sample it. I draw the line at belud, which fortunately isn't Korean.

I won't say anymore that I'm a huge fan of Hillary Clinton, but that was a really exciting speech. She's a Wellesley graduate, so it didn't sound like it was written by someone else. I had a lot of personal reminisces about Wellesley and I was happy that she took the time to write something that reflected herself while speaking to her alma mater. She was stumping for Bill, but it didn't hit you over the head like it could have.

Tired But Happy- yes, the Bacons are from Philly and I make the connection through his older brother Michael.

Okay, we have a lot of minor stuff in common, but here are the more striking ones:

83. In six degrees of separation, I can make the link to Kevin Bacon.

(My coworker once played sardines with Kevin Bacon as a kid. We all tease her about it and pretend we can't remember that it was sardines--"Didn't you play spin the bottle with Kevin Bacon?" I guess half the population of Philly knows someone who knew him.)

96. I love Hello Kitty, but My Melody is my favorite of all.

(I. love. hello. kitty. I always carry Hello Kitty address books. But my fave minor characters are the Little Twin Stars. My sister and I used to pretend we were them, because when she was little she had a bowl haircut like the boy Twin Star and her favorite color was blue. I was the pink-haired Twin Star, which is odd because I am so not girly.)

I always thought the dog thing was a joke, are you serious?

You sound just as normal and scary as the rest of us.

I love Hillary too! I admire her strength and beliefs. Coming from a Republican Strong Family, she has forged a life that is completely her own. Her book was full of info, but windy at times. Maybe because she had experienced more by college than I have yet.

As for the Lance Armstrong thing, my best friend's cousin is Kiki Armstrong, Lance's ex-wife. Needless to say, I've never gotten a very good impression from the stories I've heard from them both!
